Advances in Modelling of the Integrated Production Logistics in Sugarcane Harvest

The sugar-energy sector is extremely important to the Brazilian economy, with several other production chains derived from it, generating some of main products linked food and energy sources. This study proposes an integration model for sugarcane harvesting logistics processes, focusing on optimisation industrial plant capacity. Dynamic modelling has been applied a broad range productive phases chain. paper indicators evaluate degree efficiency processes. Preliminary results showed that phase times in processes can be significantly reduced harvest phase. When analysed as coordination-oriented flow having chained activities, optimise speeds travel during developed uses data set industry.
